Me Said Alamé founded the firm in 1974 in Beirut. He holds a Master of Laws from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He built a huge experience in litigation and coped with major public matters. He grew the firm to become one of the most prominent firms in the region with extensive experience in the field and a unique client base.
Me Said Alamé was able to shift the firm’s focus gradually towards corporate law and built a team of experts into a dedicated corporate law and financial services law department. He serves today as the firm’s chairman and lead counsel while remaining very active politically and socially.
Me Rami Alamé joined the firm in 2010 and holds a Master of Laws from the Filière Francophone de Droit in Beirut. He completed two LLMs in corporate law and financial services law respectively from the New York University School of Law. He pursued a Bachelor in Business Administration at the American University of Beirut, and is a Certified Mediator at the Centre Professionnel de Médiation in Beirut. He is admitted to the New York Bar Association and the Beirut Bar Association.
Me Rami Alamé worked with major law firms in New York amongst which Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft LLP, and served as legal counsel for the Lebanon permanent mission to the United Nations. He also launched several side innovative projects in the legal field. He worked extensively on corporate transactions and corporate restructuring in the Middle East and Europe. He specializes in complex corporate and financial structures including cross jurisdictional tax schemes.
Me Magda Farhat holds a Master of Laws from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut (Honors). She pursued her education at Harvard Law School earning an LLM Degree and engaging in many workshops and projects emphasizing on private equity, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. She is admitted to the New York Bar Association and to the Beirut Bar Association.
Me Magda Farhat worked for several firms in the Middle East amongst which Tribonian Law Advisors, a boutique law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. She participated in launching many projects in legal innovation and was a pioneer in implementing the automated Q&A system in answering legal interrogations. She also holds many certifications and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity, and venture capital.
Me Manal Mazraany has more than 10 years of experience in the legal field. She graduated from the Lebanese University and holds a Master of Laws and sociology. She focuses on labor law and has extensive experience in rent law and family law. She represented major clients and was able to distinguish herself through an excellent track record.
Me Khaled Ghannam joined the firm in 2010 and became a crucial member of the corporate litigation department. He earned a Master of Laws from the Lebanese University and pursued his education in Germany where he earned a Masters in corporate law from the Universität Dusseldorf faculty of Law. He is fluent in German and is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association.
Me Khaled Ghannam worked with many clients in the GCC region and Europe and specialized in corporate litigation, infringement proceedings, and intellectual property.
M. Audi Daou holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Stanford University. She has a wide experience in corporate finance and helped restructuring major corporations, including “Momentum Micro Systems” and other Silicon Valley corporations. She has an extensive knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other restructuring strategies.
M. Audi Daou also worked and consulted on real estate transactions and worked closely on real estate projects in the United States through “Civitaf Corporation”. She contributed to several closings in Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. She consults on major aspects of real estate projects from land purchase, to development, to rental and sales of real estate.
