Biography

Nadine is a Partner at Ororus Advisors and heads the Cybersecurity, Corporate Restructuring, Tax & Regulatory Compliance Groups.

Nadine regularly assists clients in regional and global expansions and corporate reorganizations. One of her recent projects involved the complete Restructuring of a multi-jurisdictional corporate group in anticipation of a global expansion preceding an IPO. She is also deeply involved with Venture Capital Law where she continuously assists several clients in closing investment rounds of various series.

As a driving force in the field of legal and tax engineering, Nadine is deeply knowledgeable in international taxation and provides a wide range of advisory from Business Tax Advisory and Personal Taxes to Tax Disputes. She is known to provide comprehensive and holistic solutions to multi-national clients with a particular focus on Regulatory and Administrative Issues.

Nadine also advises clients on Cybersecurity related matters and provides legal tactical strategies to manage information ranging from Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity to Data Remediation. Her hallmark is in her ability to deliver rapid global responses and develop innovative structures enabling clients to comply with an increasingly complex global regulatory environment.

Nadine previously worked with prominent regional law firms and the Lebanese Parliament. She is a certified mediator, a member of the Beirut Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She remains deeply involved with Philanthropic work through Youth Energy for Development, a non-profit organization she co-founded, and her role as Legal Consultant to the Chairman of the Youth & Sports Parliamentary Committee.
