Our litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution department is head by Said Alameh, who holds more than 30 years of experience in the field of litigation and has amassed numerous awards during his career. We handle every aspect of litigation foreseeable including Media Disputes, Banking and Financial Services Litigation, IT and Communications Disputes, Administrative Law, Real Estate Litigation, and International Arbitration among others.

Our team includes lawyers qualified in several jurisdictions including New York, Beirut, Paris, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The team is multi-disciplinary with a particular experience in representing clients in arbitrations under rules of the world's leading arbitral institutions (ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC, ICSID, WIPO) and in ad hoc arbitrations (UNCITRAL).

We also take a particular focus in other Alternative Dispute Mechanisms such as mediation. Our lawyers are familiar with all forms of mediations from social to corporate mediation and have served as mediators themselves. We work very closely with various mediation centers.
